2. WhatsApp Business API Compliance
FudMate operates as an automation layer leveraging official WhatsApp Business APIs. We strictly comply with WhatsApp's Business Policies:
- We never spam customers or send unsolicited marketing unless explicit marketing opt-ins are recorded.
- We encrypt order messages in transit to protect consumer shipping details.
- Phone numbers captured are stored securely solely on behalf of the specific restaurant merchant from whom the customer ordered.

- To process orders and sync them with your Kitchen Display screen in real-time.
- To trigger automated WhatsApp notifications to customers regarding food preparation, rider dispatch, and delivery.

- To compile aggregated, non-identifiable sales reports and revenue charts for the dashboard analytics tab.
4. Integrations & In-House Delivery
To offer full order automation, we coordinate with secure networks and in-house resources. These include:
- Payment Gateways: Processing payments securely through trusted payment partners (we do not store credit card credentials).
- In-House Delivery: Exchanging customer delivery addresses with your cloud kitchen's own delivery fleet for order fulfillment.
